Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Khalid Al Sudairy, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"), the operator of Tahada. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Tahada
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Not medical advice
Tahada is a motivation and tracking tool. Targets, scores and suggestions are general estimates, not medical, nutritional or fitness advice, and they don't account for your health conditions. Talk to a doctor before starting a new diet or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. Stop and get help if you feel unwell. You take part at your own risk.
3. Leagues
- The person who creates a league is its admin. Admins choose the league's goals, scoring, visibility settings and whether check-ins need approval, and they approve or reject members' scans. Admins must use what they see about members only to run the league.
- Results depend on what members enter and on the accuracy of their scanning devices. We don't verify scans and don't guarantee any result or ranking.
- Prizes and money. Any prize or arrangement between members is entirely between them; we are not a party to it. Leagues must not be used for betting, wagering or any game of chance, which are prohibited.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add (scans, photos, posts). You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the app for you and your leagues, in line with the Privacy Policy and the visibility settings of each league. Only upload photos of your own result sheets and only content you have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
Don't enter false results to gain an advantage, impersonate anyone, harass, threaten or abuse other members, post sexual, hateful or illegal content, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service. You can report and block other users in the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Premium
- Joining leagues is free. Premium (for example, running more than one active league and custom goals) is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown in the app (currently SAR 9.99 per month or SAR 99.99 per year, which may vary by country).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may change prices or features; price changes apply from your next renewal and Apple or Google will tell you in advance where required.
7. Apple Health and Health Connect
Connecting is optional. We read only the data you allow, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or if we stop offering the service, and will tell you where we reasonably can.
9. The service
We work to keep Tahada available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or have errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost prizes, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Riyadh. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
